Our team helps organisations analyse their workforce to better address immediate and emerging business challenges. You’ll be a part of a team that focuses on providing talent solutions to workforce restructuring in response to mergers, divestitures and improving the organisations’ ability to deploy resources in new and emerging markets.
As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above
Be involved in the financial management of clients
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
Assist in the management and delivering of large projects
Train, coach, and supervise staff
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand
- Job Requirements and Preferences : Basic Qualifications : Minimum Degree Required :Bachelor Degree Required Fields of Study :Human Resources Management Minimum Years of Experience :6 year(s) Preferred Qualifications : Degree Preferred :Master Degree Preferred Fields of Study :Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Computer and Information Science Certification(s) Preferred :SPHR Preferred Knowledge/Skills :Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge and understanding of the talent management function including: workforce planning and analytics, organizational design, human resources effectiveness, leadership development, performance management, talent assessment and succession planning.Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge with the consistent design and delivery of consulting solutions in the areas of organizational, HR and learning development, analytics and forecasting/modeling.Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge of approaches for building and enhancing client relationships and selling consulting projects.Demonstrates extensive proven track record of success leading medium to large project engagements in a collaborative and fast-paced environment:- Defining project workflows, managing resources, prioritizing responsibilities and tasks in order to deliver quality and timely results;- Proactively engaging with clients to identify challenges, recommend solutions and manage expectations;- Clearly articulate the firm's value-propositions and preparing final drafts of major deliverables assuring quality control;- Anticipating client needs, recognizing and acting on opportunities to enhance client service and expand the scope of engagement;- Assisting in financial administration of engagements such as budgets, billing and collections.Proven track-record of success as a team leader with extensive abilities to lead, motivate and coach team members and promote a collaborative work environment, by providing a strategic and balanced oversight, proactively sharing insights, knowledge and experience and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation.
