As part of the SAP Customer team, your primary focus will be on Lead to Cash transformation for our clients - both traditional business models and enabling next generation XaaS (anything as a service) business models leveraging SAP C/4 Sales, Service and Marketing cloud; SAP CPQ; SAP Commerce; SAP Subscription Billing (BRIM); SAP Entitlement Management; and SAP S/4 Sales and Distribution solutions.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader with consulting, designing, implementing, supporting and leading significant SAP Commerce Cloud engagements including:

  • Demonstrates intimate-level knowledge and success working on SAP Commerce Cloud implementations;

  • Demonstrates intimate-level knowledge and proficiency with designing and implementing SAP Commerce cloud with other applications such as ERP’s(SAP), CRM, Content Management (CMS), DAM-Asset management tools, Payment, other 3pls;

  • Demonstrating intimate-level knowledge and success leading full life cycle implementations of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) with full lifecycle implementation experience in B2B and B2C domains;

  • Demonstrates intimate-level knowledge and success with functional and technical architecture experience with end-to-end SAP Commerce Cloud implementations/projects;

  • Demonstrates intimate-level knowledge and a proven record of success integrating SAP Commerce Cloud with other applications using APIs and RFC calls;

  • Demonstrates intimate-level knowledge and proficiency working with SAP’s CCv2 (Azure Cloud) infrastructure, deep expertise in deployment of SAP commerce on CCv2 using automated tools such as Jenkins, Github, Grasshopper, SonarQube, Bamboo;

  • Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success leading enterprise programs as a Solution Manager/Subject Matter Expert;

  • Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success with Agile methodology and experience leading and delivering key components of large ecommerce and technology engagements;

  • Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing teams both onshore and offshore;

  • Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success engaging and managing senior-level client relationships;

  • Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success with full life-cycle projects from initial scoping through delivery;

  • Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success working with clients to define forward-looking digital transformation strategies, run process design workshops, provide industry leading practices and demos to gather customer requirements;

  • Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing large software applications, gathering internal and external client requirements for the management of those applications in implementation and production settings, and turning those requirements into client-specific, compliant, cost competitive solutions;

  • Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success interacting with experienced client buyers and/or influencers and making a contribution to the development of new business including designing, costing documenting, proposing and transitioning the technical solution; and,

  • Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success working within a team or leading teams to create an atmosphere of trust, seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation, and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
