Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 1
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree
Demonstrates some knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Performing in a professional services environment, working with either management or risk and regulatory consulting teams, and working with global delivery model services and solutions;
Analyzing, with accuracy, data coming from multiple sources in various formats, identifying key measures, trends, and reporting findings to leadership; and,
Working remotely from leadership with a successful outcome.
Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Performing in an environment of change where maintaining effectiveness while managing multiple and shifting priorities, while being able to communicate changes to all parties, is paramount;
Working independently, scheduling and organizing work effectively, and working flexible hours, including possible overtime when necessary
while being self-motivated with a desire to take responsibility for personal growth and development;
Utilizing and applying attention to detail and specializing in working with the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps;
Writing somewhat complex formulas, creating pivot tables, charts, and graphs using Excel/Google Sheets;
Creating and managing folder structure, distribution groups, and sharing provisions using Google Drive; and,
Demonstrating knowledge in using Power BI, the Talent Exchange reporting visualization tool.
