Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success in the implementation of Robotic Process Automation including:
Possessing a go-getter attitude, is a self-starter willing to think out-of-the-box, and is collaborative;
Possessing effective written and verbal communication skills to be able to comprehend business problems and articulate the solution approaches;
Proactively identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks resulting in operational efficiencies and process improvement;
Demonstrating an agile mindset and be flexible to work through changing priorities;
Demonstrating proven record of success in the implementation of Robotic Process Automation tools;
Demonstrating proficiency in at least one of the following - UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blueprism, and/or Microsoft Power Automate;
Demonstrating high quality of exception handling and possess through knowledge of orchestrator;
Applying Optical Character Recognition on PDF and scans;
Possessing applicable experience with Enterprise-wide RPA implementations, including strategy design, business case development, governance and risk;
Demonstrating knowledge of various deployment models, including attended mode and non-attended mode;
Working experience with one or more languages used for automating tasks e.g. python and VBA; and,
Leveraging techniques to perform data analysis using tools such as Alteryx, Power Query and other agile technologies.
