The Financial Services Delivery Center plays an integral role by supporting projects and PwC engagement teams across the US in delivering distinctive service to clients through standardization and optimization, increased flexibility, and enhanced quality.

Position/Program Requirements

Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 9

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates thought leader-level knowledge with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:

  • Understanding Digital Enterprise Architecture and Strategy, advanced specialization in Digital Business Transformation topic and Business Case Development, Digital Business Model Innovation and Process Management, Strategic Roadmaps, Cloud Transformation, Internet of Things (IoT) and big data;

  • Planning the approach for eliciting, defining, analyzing and documenting business and user needs in the form of strategy business requirements;

  • Defining the appropriate elicitation technique to most effectively and efficiently identify and define requirements;

  • Translating complex business requirements to solution and serve as a subject matter specialist for business requirements;

  • Leveraging understanding of business processes/problems in discussions with the stakeholders, including but not limited to Architects, and Project Managers;

  • Remaining current with new technologies, platforms and methodologies;

  • Identifying emerging technologies to be introduced;

  • Working with the technical design leads/architects/others to proactively identify the areas where technical challenges or constraints may create challenges to the solution based on knowledge of the requirements; and,

  • Serving as an advisor for strategic innovation and internal management team, independent execution of complex projects or programs/ deliverables, developing digital enterprise-wide roadmaps, designing large-scale innovation program, actively leading digital demand generation for top account.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:

  • Working across multiple domains for eliciting, defining, analyzing and documenting business and user needs within the process and workflow at enterprise levels;

  • Analyzing, quantifying, thinking critically and problem-solving data sets with the use of associated technology applications;

  • Utilizing statistical analysis and modelling;

  • Learning and adapting quickly to new technologies in a challenging and high growth environment;

  • Communicating effectively in both verbal and written form, able to articulate concepts and ideas, break through barriers, engage people, and work effectively with others under pressure;

  • Establishing credibility with multiple business and technology stakeholders, including executives, engineers, architects, operations, security, etc; and,

  • Planning and executing on both short-term and long-term innovation goals individually and with the team.
