A career in our Energy Resources and Utilities Enabling Technologies practice, within Industry and Functional Apps services, will provide you with the opportunity to build secure and new digital experiences for customers, employees, and suppliers. Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in leading efforts in consulting, designing, and implementing Maximo applications-based solutions, including the following:

  • Demonstrating an understanding of utility industry customer and fieldwork operations;

  • Possessing working experience with customer centric design and experience best practices;

  • Demonstrating experience with agile delivery methodologies and end to end implementation lifecycles;

  • Leveraging ability to lead sprint teams and implement quality controls;

  • Possessing an understanding of system integrations designs;

  • Having knowledge of Customer Information Systems (CIS);

  • Demonstrating proven CRM Experience;

  • Leveraging and possessing ability to create functional designs and wireframe mockups;

  • Possessing an ability to lead fit/gap analysis to confirm requirements and scope;

  • Demonstrating an availability to develop strategic plans for implementation test cycles (QA, UAT, performance test etc);

  • Possessing a high level understanding of change management and training best practices; and,

  • Utilizing Technical Skills; JIRA, XRay, eazyBI, MS Project, SQL, Invision, AdobeXD.
