Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success, as both an individual contributor and team member, with identifying and addressing client needs and by:

  • Understanding Operating Model and Organization Structure, strategic sourcing, process automation, performance measurement and data & analytics;

  • Bringing together the right perspectives, identify roadblocks, and integrate feedback from clients and team members;

  • Supporting the delivery from project scoping to conclusion, while consistently keeping the client’s goals in mind;

  • Supporting the development of thought leadership materials to further your knowledge and create new relationships;

  • Leading Integrated operating model transformations;

  • Understanding IT Op model design & Road mapping;

  • Understanding IT organization design and IT workforce of the future;

  • Understanding IT Process / Tools Analysis and Conceptual Design; and,

  • Working experience with Agile (DevSecOps) / Tools (ITIL), including sourcing, benchmarking, financial modeling and digital skillsets.
