Practices including: Continual Improvement, Measuring and Reporting, Service Desk, Service Level Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Monitoring and Event Management, Capacity and Performance Management, Change Management, Release Management, IT Asset Management, Availability Management, Deployment Management, Infrastructure and Platform Management;
Utilizing core DevOps principles and experience with large scale DevOps transformations with focus on maximizing customer value, systems thinking, value streams and increasing flow, creating feedback loops, & establishing a culture of learning and experimentation; and,
Displaying Agile and Kanban project methodologies and frameworks.
