Our external facing team is responsible for moving products into the operations phase after being successfully built and released to clients. The Operations team provides white-glove support to our client’s clients and runs, operates and maintains the product with the highest level of standards.

In lieu of a Bachelor Degree, 12 years of professional experience involving technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations.

  • Working with the product, technical and leadership teams along with customers to accomplish a variety of tasks employing industry leading practices associated with ITIL, DevOps and Agile;

  • Displaying foundational knowledge of several ITIL v4 General, Service and Technical Management;

  • Practices including: Continual Improvement, Measuring and Reporting, Service Desk, Service Level Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Monitoring and Event Management, Capacity and Performance Management, Change Management, Release Management, IT Asset Management, Availability Management, Deployment Management, Infrastructure and Platform Management;

  • Utilizing core DevOps principles and experience with large scale DevOps transformations with focus on maximizing customer value, systems thinking, value streams and increasing flow, creating feedback loops, & establishing a culture of learning and experimentation; and,

  • Displaying Agile and Kanban project methodologies and frameworks.
