You’ll focus on assessment and enhancement of an organisations Human Resources functional capability through policy change, process optimisation, and performance monitoring.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or has proven record of success with:

  • Demonstrating expert knowledge base in the area of HR analytics and reporting engagements;

  • Demonstrating expert knowledge with HR analytic platforms such as Oracle, Workday or Success Factors;

  • Demonstrating an interest in developing new ways to apply analytical skills to business problems and working in a multi-disciplined environment;

  • Demonstrating extensive abilities in research and analysis;

  • Demonstrating thorough experience identifying and addressing client needs: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection;

  • Demonstrating thorough experience as a team leader: leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation; and,

  • Demonstrating expert ability to develop strategy; as well as write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently; to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management.
