A career in Learning and Development, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the success of our people by developing quality and relevant learning initiatives that constantly improve the PwC experience. You’ll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy.

Our Learning and Development Curation team ensures proper cataloguing of all learning and development materials. As part of our team, you’ll execute day to day activities such as cataloguing all learning and development materials developed both internally and externally purchased and ensuring they are represented within PwC’s learning management system.

The Curation team identifies learning & development materials developed both internally and externally. They use their critical thinking and analytical skills to identify content that supports client learning objectives.

General Business Management, Business Acumen, Sales and Marketing, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology (e.g. CBAP Certified Business Analysis ProfessionalTM, CCBA Certification of Competency in Business AnalysisTM).

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates abilities and/or proven record of success managing diverse teams, projects and change management:

  • Managing and implementing project plans from inception to completion;

  • Utilizing internal and external resources effectively and efficiently;

  • Leveraging alternative development delivery methodologies (e.g. Agile and design thinking);

  • Supervising virtual teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;

  • Coaching staff, including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback; and,

  • Consulting, collaborating, and influencing cross-functional project teams and program and portfolio managers, in addition to other internal stakeholders, as appropriate.

Demonstrates abilities and/or proven record of research and curation, including:

  • Research skills and knowledge to assist in curation and creation of informal learning materials;

  • Ability to develop learning objectives, approaches and define criteria to support curation efforts;

  • Interest in continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging business and leadership trends;

  • Using design thinking (including persona development, affinity mapping, journey mapping, and prototyping) to understand learner needs for the development of learning objectives;

  • Maintain knowledge of current and emerging learning technology trends and experience innovating with new learning technology tools;

  • Possess and apply a curious and open mindset to continually evolve knowledge and identify new content.

  • Analyzing data and communicating data insights to drive decision making (demonstrated experience leveraging market leading tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.);

  • Leveraging the Google suite and Microsoft suite of tools to drive efficiency, productivity, and collaboration; and,

  • Utilizing an array of digital skills to drive higher value, lower cost, and a tech-enabled learning experience.
