We focus on assisting organisations manage vast amounts of electronic data and navigate the legal and business processes demanded by critical events which includes litigation, regulatory requests and internal investigations.
Our team helps our clients collect, filter, and review electronic documents to effectively mitigate technological risk and maximise exploitation of their information assets.
As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Directors and above
Be involved in the financial management of clients
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients
Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team
Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria
Train, coach, and supervise team members
Continue to develop internal relationships and developing your PwC brand
Additional Responsibilities :
The managed review services operation lead will provide oversight and management of teams of contract attorneys responsible for reviewing and categorizing information and documents at the direction of our client and/or our client’s external counsel.

Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs including:
Working with clients to design and implement protocols for leveraging advanced technologies to aide in the review;
Developing market differentiated processes and workflows that improve efficiency;
Assisting in crafting proposal responses and work with marketing teams to educate clients on our managed review services capability; and,
Identifying opportunities to provide managed review services for non “traditional” litigation purposes.
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas:
Identifying contract resources and developing processes for onboarding/off-boarding talent;
Managing contract attorney performance, developing processes and metrics to identify outliers and review to determine staffing mix for each engagement;
Developing and maintaining programs to attract contract attorney talent;
Interfacing with technology operations team to provide feedback on technical issues to improve client experience;
Interfacing with internal teams toward planning and building new products, applications, and corresponding infrastructure;
Assessing project responsibilities, and identifying time and resource requirements for end-to-end implementation;
Developing all documentation required for end-to-end operational support of newly implemented processes including “runbooks” and transition documentation;
Training members of the internal Operations team for support and day-to-day product operations;
Managing resources within the region and determine appropriate assignments for specific projects;
Participating in planning for future applications or solutions based on new technology;
Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information; and,
Being responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Client and expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
