Driving roadmaps, develop, and maintain application performance monitoring and alerting platform (processes, tools, & templates); develop enhanced reporting capabilities through standardization and automation.
Collecting, consolidate and validate performance data for inclusion in IT and business communications, including dashboards.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader executing various aspects of client engagements and/or projects, including:
Building monitoring collections that show trends in performance across IT; provide process owners and stakeholders with monitoring data for them to identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction;
Operating and updating monitoring platform to provide capacity, availability, performance, support, and security data points to stakeholders;
Participating in efforts to improve cost transparency and benchmarking capabilities that support application support leadership;
Managing production changes for monitoring platform that could affect functionality and alerting;
Coordinating across teams, working closely with peers to ensure the appropriate focus and sense of urgency is applied to all issues;
Troubleshooting using logs, alerts, and other data sources to determine network, platform, or application issues; ability to correlate data to determine root cause;
Participating in Network monitoring and management which includes discovering network components and software, analyzing network traffic, monitoring network equipment for indications of network congestion, faulty network interfaces, and faulty transmission media;
Working with application architects to improve scalability and performance;
Staying informed and evaluate emerging cloud and monitoring technologies;
Building, managing and monitoring templates and runbook documents;
Accurating troubleshooting, reproduces, and documents issues and other pertinent information related to monitoring; participates in providing custom monitoring to solve application performance issues;
Handling incident queue and performing various tasks as assigned and determines business impact;
Handling ad hoc requests and takes on new procedures as required;
Implementing load testing and application performance monitoring for applications;
Helping with troubleshooting calls for performance issues;
Troubleshooting and providing detailed analysis;
Assisting with driving overall improvement of operation results for Infrastructure, Application, and Network due to application of application performance monitoring tools and techniques;
Assisting with driving overall improvement in application performance through monitoring platform;
Having experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure); and,
Being Familiar with monitoring tools (DataDog preferred).
