Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader by:
Having previous technical system experience implementation, system configuration and ongoing changes/maintenance;
Having experience working with SaaS (software as a service) technology;
Having previous experience using/implementing Gainsight required;
Having an understanding of the features and capabilities as well as technical configuration options within Gainsight;
Managing multiple complex concurrent projects at once;
Having familiarity with SFDC, Aha!, and ServiceNow; and,
Having an understanding of object-oriented concepts and fundamentals of logic (IFs, ANDs, and ORs).
Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs with the following:
Multi-tasking and keeping teams organized in addition to being highly organized;
Tracking and communicating status changes and updates effectively;
