Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader by:

  • Having previous technical system experience implementation, system configuration and ongoing changes/maintenance;

  • Having experience working with SaaS (software as a service) technology;

  • Having previous experience using/implementing Gainsight required;

  • Having an understanding of the features and capabilities as well as technical configuration options within Gainsight;

  • Managing multiple complex concurrent projects at once;

  • Having familiarity with SFDC, Aha!, and ServiceNow; and,

  • Having an understanding of object-oriented concepts and fundamentals of logic (IFs, ANDs, and ORs).

Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs with the following:

  • Multi-tasking and keeping teams organized in addition to being highly organized;

  • Tracking and communicating status changes and updates effectively;

  • Tracking issues/risks effectively and helping resolve blockers to keep the team moving;

  • Holding the team to their commitments;

  • Orchestrating, facilitating, and keeping meetings on course to make the appropriate use of everyone’s time;

  • Being detail oriented; and,

  • Drafting and tracking budgets
