Responsibilities

As an Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project

  • Prepare deliverables

  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen

  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues

  • Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters

  • Work on developing internal relationships and your PwC brand

In lieu of a Bachelor Degree, 12 years of professional experience involving technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates some level of knowledge and/or ability to learn the following in support of technology solutions for a global professional services firm:

  • Understanding requirements from a business perspective to be validated through testing and assessing them in the context of an Agile/Scrum delivery model & reporting defects

  • Understanding of the SDLC activities expected to deliver custom developed and packaged applications;

  • Experience working within Selenium/C#, Git and Azure DevOps.

  • Experience creating and executing both regression and feature test cases.

  • Demonstrating experience with manual testing, automated testing, mobile testing, non-functional testing (such as performance, load, usability, security, stress, and scalability), and continuous testing (CI/CD, DevOps);

  • Demonstrating verbal and written communication skills;

  • Demonstrating experience using Jira or Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS);

  • Demonstrating presentation skills using GSuite tools and effective delivery;

  • Ability to work in an a fast-paced environment with ambitious deadlines;

  • Ability to work with multiple teams (onshore, offshore, and/or nearshore).
