Enrolled Agent, PhD in Computer Science/Information Science or STEM equivalent, Professional Certification in Project Management (PMP), Six Sigma Black Belt/Lean Black Belt/Master Black Belt, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA), Certified Software Tester (CSTE), UX Certificate – Nielson Norman Group, Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or equivalent institutional Data Science program, Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP), and/or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Explaining complex UI concepts to non-designers, and demo working UI prototypes to executive leadership and development teams;
Creating detailed visual design layouts that apply appropriate use of fonts, color theory, page structure, content integration, and grid-based design thinking to deliver solid concepts based on best practices, brand guidelines, and aesthetic taste;
Creating functional UI prototypes to communicate interactions and UI design concepts;
Integrating various UI support applications like DevExpress, DevExtreme, and HandsOnTable;
Presenting and defending prototypes and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders;
Establishing and promoting UX/UI guidelines, and industry leading practices and standards by contributing to our Innovation UI library;
Utilizing responsive design, UI application design, and information architecture;
Understanding and applying Bootstrap, and/or experience using similar frameworks;
Creating of wireframes, storyboards, user-flows, process-flows and sitemaps;
Understanding and applying of Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar visual design/wireframing tools;
Understanding and applying Axure, UXPin, Invision, or similar prototyping tools;
Demonstrating familiarity working with .NET applications and teams;
Demonstrating experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process; and,
Being up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques and technologies.
