Our team helps organisations align their business and operational requirements through the careful design of digital platforms and applications. You’ll help our clients with application optimisation, strategic integration of custom packaged solutions like Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management, and roadmap development.

Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs including:

  • Collaborating with small multidisciplinary product teams and collaborating with designers, business users and developers to innovate and drive product development;

  • Advocating on behalf of the customer, our SMEs & stakeholders, constantly thinking about their needs and the reflection of those needs in the products we deliver;

  • Representing stakeholders and set product and project vision;

  • Working with UX and Designers to produce visual prototype and functional prototypes with agile approaches;

  • Managing release planning, backlog and roadmap requirements creation with a proven track record for deploying high quality products;

  • Prioritizing new features/development and establishing execution is completed;

  • Demonstrating effective collaboration with teams spanning multiple geographies to develop and deliver product;

  • Applying data to solve questions of functionality;

  • Communicating passionately and articulately, creating storyboards/presentations, demoing the platform, and being comfortable communicating with all of our stakeholders, partners, consultants, and clients;

  • Drafting communications and training related to the product releases;

  • Demonstrating flexibility and willingness to travel, as required, and having a flexible mindset and comfort with multi-tasking and quickly shifting priorities;

  • Contributing to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen; and,

  • Developing strategies to solve complex technical challenges and keeping up to date with EdTech Trends.

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success managing the development and utilization of technology, emphasizing the following areas:

  • Managing projects by defining and achieving project outcomes and meeting project key performance metric targets;

  • Utilizing and applying into projects knowledge of IT implementation and maintenance, learning initiatives, operations reporting, metrics, marketing and communications;

  • Exploring new technologies & assembling and managing product teams by working closely with engineering team and stakeholders;

  • Collaborating with small multidisciplinary teams to help build products that are beneficial to our consultants and their clients;

  • Demonstrating flexibility by working to define requirements while simultaneously designing for those requirements;

  • Establishing a successful collaboration model with business leadership teams and functional leadership teams;

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key management within significant vendor organizations and leveraging those relationships to solve any relationship issues and to stay current with technology and other developments within those companies;

  • Presenting at meetings and conferences to create awareness of product strategy and generate excitement for future business opportunities;

  • Providing valuable stakeholder feedback to address and taking action to meet the firm's strategic goals;

  • Representing stakeholders and setting product and project vision;

  • Collaborating with the development team, by creating and managing a product road-map;

  • Prioritizing new features/development and establishing execution is completed;

  • Managing and coaching small multidisciplinary product teams and collaborating with designers, business users, and developers to innovate and drive product development; and,

  • Producing visual prototype and functions.
