Through providing centralized leadership, governance and management, the ePMO delivers a One Firm Approach to the firm's strategic investment initiatives. The primary role of the ePMO Program Management team is to oversee and facilitate the continued forward progression of large scale programs/projects that support the firm's strategic plan.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Displaying knowledge in transformation efforts, through developing, managing, coordinating, implementing and executing project plans;

  • Demonstrating knowledge and management experience in the area of Project management including industry standard methodologies and tools;

  • Developing project plans to deliver on project requirements;

  • Possessing techniques for identification of risks and dependencies as well as project management techniques to oversee, proactively lead and/or support workstreams; and,

  • Demonstrating meeting facilitation and management capabilities.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Applying industry standard methodologies and tools to develop and proactively manage project plans;

  • Identifying risks, gaps and dependencies and recommend solutions;

  • Possessing creative problem-solving abilities to devise solutions to successfully deliver on the business goals;

  • Developing strategy as well as writing, communicating, facilitating and presenting cogently to and/or for all levels of leadership and staff;

  • Reporting results and facilitating problem resolution;

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships at all internal and external levels, peers to leaders including effectively navigating a complex matrixed organization;

  • Committing to continuous improvement through innovation, simplification and leveraging industry-leading practices and holding team members accountable for doing the same;

  • Leveraging technology and tools that enable management, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Google platforms and tools; and, other project management tools;

  • Showcasing comfort with management and dashboarding technology platforms, with the ability to coach others if needed;

  • Possessing working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx required with willingness to learn additional analysis tools;

  • Delivering work held to the highest standards of quality and accuracy;

  • Demonstrating agility and comfort in working across a variety of management systems;

  • Collaborating effectively with peers and senior team members on strategic priorities and projects; and,

  • Identifying industry-leading practices, technologies and analytic practices to share knowledge with the team.
