Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader including the following areas:

  • Understanding the value of each digital asset or use case within different client industries;

  • Understanding the features and capabilities as well as technical architecture of each digital asset or use case;

  • Understanding the sequencing of what’s needed to configure and deploy a complex digital asset in a client’s environment;

  • Understanding of all relevant Sales & Marketing materials that exist;

  • Demonstrating prior experience with go to market strategy and planning;

  • Coordinating with the Product Manager and Development teams to understand the work effort, specific technical steps required, and resources needed to activate and onboard clients for each product or use case;

  • Coordinating with account teams and client stakeholders to conduct discovery workshops to capture infrastructure, architecture and configuration requirements that are required to complete Activation, configuration and implementation activities;

  • Coordinating with account teams and client stakeholders to set expectations for what data PwC will need from them to activate, procurement of that data, and loading it into PwC systems (where applicable) as part of client onboarding processes;

  • Demonstrating skills and experience with process mapping, documentation, and creating detailed installation guides;

  • Eliciting information from the Product Managers and Development team to own and maintain the creation of activation run books, user guides, and other relevant end-user documentation for each product or use case;

  • Coordinating the training needed for Activation teams when a new digital asset or use case is ready for market, including the development of training materials for PwC staff as well as any relevant training materials for clients;

  • Collaborating with sector engagement teams to understand new features and functionality that could drive future Activation needs;

  • Coordinating with Managed Services teams to ensure smooth transition post-installation of digital asset;

  • Coordinating with Operations teams to ensure operational readiness prior to launch (if applicable);

  • Demonstrating program and project management skills and ability to self-direct work are a must;

  • Demonstrating experience with leading workshops, facilitating requirements discussions and discovery and business analysis;

  • Demonstrating experience with enterprise software applications;

  • Demonstrating effective written and verbal communication skills with varied audiences;

  • Demonstrating an extensive background in stakeholder management, liaising and coordinating with stakeholders across multiple groups, including senior stakeholders and technical teams;

  • Managing multiple complex concurrent projects at once;

  • Leading highly technical projects with complex cloud strategies that have complex data and API integrations;

  • Having familiarity with ETL, data processing, DBA, SQL;

  • Demonstrating proficiency with JIRA, Aha, and Confluence;

  • Having interest and enthusiasm for transformation with keen attention to details;

  • Demonstrating prior software development experience;

  • Demonstrating prior experience in cloud transformations;

  • Demonstrating techno/functional skills with Business Applications or SaaS solutions is required (Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, etc.);

  • Understanding of DevOps procedures and infrastructure management; and,

  • Demonstrating prior Consulting experience.
