A career in Risk Management, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to advance and foster integrity based decision making and conduct by PwC professionals throughout our organisation. Our Compliance team is responsible for oversight of all Compliance activities by our PwC professionals. As part of the team, you’ll help promote and monitor compliance with applicable external and internal policies, laws and regulations and subsequently, manage PwC’s regulatory, litigation and reputational risk.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates proven intimate knowledge of and/or success in roles involving project management, global delivery and continuous improvement techniques and tools that are applied across a broad spectrum of ethics and compliance processes and programs, preferably for a global consulting firm, emphasizing the following areas:

  • Leading projects, driving change management and successfully delivering results by applying both US and international lenses and enabling cross-functional ethics and compliance-related areas to prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously;

  • Developing project charters that clearly define project mission, scope, key objectives and milestones;

  • Enabling a high performance environment as it relates to strategic planning and execution, team engagement and development, and communication across the ethics and compliance organization;

  • Collaborating with ethics and compliance leaders and project teams to provide guidance and successfully implement change, translating strategic business goals into operational strategies and work plans;

  • Driving process improvement and projects across ethics and compliance functions to enable alignment and efficiencies across teams;

  • Performing process improvement activities (assessing operating procedures (e.g., SOPs), team roles and responsibilities, developing RACIs and process flow documentation) in support of a wider ethics and compliance operational effectiveness capability;

  • Leading teams in analysis and documentation of business processes to meet compliance needs, recommending technology improvements for compliance processes and integration of the processes with core compliance activities;

  • Developing and managing reporting dashboards and management reporting to leadership;

  • Using independent judgment with little direct supervision to provide continuous improvement with ethics and compliance functions;

  • Managing ethics and compliance audit response efforts to drive collaboration both internally and externally on plans or requests, documenting requests and results, and supporting closeout and remediation efforts; and,

  • Possessing the ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and interpersonally.
