Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in a global professional services firm, a financial services entity or communications consultancy, emphasizing the following areas:

  • Developing and deepening knowledge of both change management and communications principles and practices;

  • Executing change management and communication activities with stakeholders to minimize cultural barriers and resistance to change;

  • Using communications technology, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Google platforms and tools; and, web-based publishing tools;

  • Showcasing comfort with digital communications technology platforms, with the ability to coach others if needed;

  • Understanding the evolving communications and media ecosystem, B2B communications, and analytical techniques;

  • Leading analytics and reporting for digital communications channels, including web (firm intranet), social media, earned media and email;

  • Conducting deskside research to analyze the competitive landscape, determine brand perceptions, identify new opportunities, and provide actionable insights;

  • Possessing in-depth knowledge and familiarity with social monitoring tools such as Talkwalker and Brandwatch;

  • Possessing working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx required with willingness to learn additional analysis tools;

  • Committing to continuous improvement through innovation, simplification and leveraging industry-leading practices;

  • Delivering work held to the highest standards of quality and accuracy;

  • Demonstrating agility and comfort in working across a variety of content management systems;

  • Exhibiting executive presence and ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels and with impact to all levels of internal audiences, staff through partner, as well as external audiences as needed;

  • Using business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills;

  • Navigating complexity and ambiguity, practicing resourcefulness to see things through;

  • Utilizing project management skills to manage multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new priorities;

  • Collaborating effectively with peers and senior team members on strategic priorities and projects (research & analysis, media relations, social media marketing, content development and distribution, reporting) as well as counterparts in M&S analytics; and,

  • Identifying industry-leading practices, technologies and analytic practices to share knowledge with the team.
