Mentoring Technology and IT Security teams on techniques and methods to improve quality, effectiveness and reduce risk;
Leading facilitated workshops and sessions within and among teams and leaders to identify and work through challenges and barriers to improvement options;
Empowering and inspiring leaders to collaborate and enact transformative changes needed to improve customer satisfaction;
Delivering sustained improvements by addressing political and systemic barriers;
Engaging key groups and individuals with respectful challenges to improve buy-in and motivation;
