Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:

  • Applying Service Management and Information Security principles to integrate and drive the execution of strategic priorities across a portfolio of services, ideally in the Identity and Access Management space;

  • Co-drafting and driving the implementation of the strategic direction for a large operations function and driving internal and external teams to execute against the strategy;

  • Injecting Service Management thought leadership at the functional and firm-wide level;

  • Leading cross-functional teams and sub-teams of direct and indirect reports on multiple, parallel initiatives in support of operational and strategic objectives;

  • Planning and delivering service integrations and on-boarding new security capabilities to an operational state, preferably in the Identity and Access Management space;

  • Designing, defining, refining, and delivering consistent and end-to-end measurements of quality, volume and velocity across a portfolio of services;

  • Crafting and delivering informative, compelling presentations to C-level or equivalent audiences;

  • Managing and measuring the overall financial position of a portfolio of services in a large organisation, to include budgeting, business case generation, activity-based costing and cost efficiency exercises (IAM service experience preferred); and,

  • Building and maintaining relationships across a large population of stakeholders to keep them informed, solicit feedback and new requirements.
