A career in our Experience Strategy practice, within Experience Consulting services, will provide you with a unique opportunity to help our clients change customer behaviours through the experience journey starting with a strategy, then through design, and eventually implementation. You’ll focus on bringing interactive tools in the form of mobile apps, websites, or other digital platforms to ensure our clients fully integrate customer and user experiences into their organisation.
We help our clients synthesise user insights and customer experiences to develop strategies with designers and technologists that make a meaningful impact on product offerings. As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
Train and lead staff
Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand
Senior Associates work as a team member within the Advisory practice and team with practitioners and other professionals, from partners and directors to clients, on a daily basis in at least one of the following areas: - Management consulting: business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, operations, customer and marketing, human capital and change management or finance; - Risk consulting: analyzing and evaluating risk management frameworks and structures and supporting clients in their adoption of risk management methodologies; - Technology consulting: IT Strategy, IT Infrastructure, Business Systems Integration, Program and Portfolio Management and Shared Services and Outsourcing.

The selected individual/individuals for the role must be able to demonstrate thorough knowledge and skills, through proven success in relevant industry or functional experience showing progressive/promotion and academic achievement, and utilizing the Microsoft suite of applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, the following areas: - Developing strategic analyses and client deliverables; - Building solid and collaborative relationships with team members and fostering a productive teamwork environment; - Collecting and utilizing relevant business and industry trend information and analyzing this information effectively by applying numerical and strategic analysis techniques; - Communicating complex material effectively in written and oral formats to various audiences; and, - Multi-tasking and balancing time effectively, keeping a rapid pace without sacrificing quality. Position requires flexibility and desire to travel, as client assignments require.
