The e3hub is a transformation team responsible for supporting, enabling and driving transformation within Business Services. The team manages the intake, road mapping and governance of strategic opportunities, generating transformational demand, delivering services that support delivery of those opportunities and measuring the return and success of transformation.

Demonstrates, abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts identifying and addressing client needs, including:

  • Assisting proactively in the understanding and management of multiple projects and customers, while reporting to Senior Managers and above;

  • Evaluating current business operations and identification of solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, reduce costs and ultimately make the most appropriate use of the Firm’s resources;

  • Demonstrating experience in coaching and consulting leaders and teams towards transformational change

  • Bringing thought leadership & knowledge to the team, leadership and the organization actively;

  • Providing an industry leading experience to all customers in the delivery of our services and their interaction with the e3hub;

  • Preparing and delivering executive-level written and verbal presentations to influence and guide leadership to make meaningful, transformational change;

  • Demonstrating public speaking/presenting skills, including the ability to facilitate groups of people towards an end objective;

  • Facilitating end-to-end (planning through to execution) of small to large (ranging between 6-40 participants) sessions over 1-2 days to help groups achieve their end objective(s) (e.g., future state, process mining/design, automation, strategy, etc);

  • Possessing change agent/game changer mindset and is flexible in meeting team and customer needs;

  • Understanding/knowledge of process/project/change management tools and methodologies. (e.g., design thinking, EPQ, BPI, Six Sigma);

  • Demonstrating experience in automation and ability to perform automation assessments and process mapping as an input to automation;

  • Understanding and application of the Agile mindset, values, principles and methodologies (including kanban and scrum) with the ability to train others in its subtleties;

  • Understanding of user experience (UX), user interface (UI) and data principles ;

  • Pursuing an “infinite learner” strategy by constantly expanding your knowledge of organizational behavior, technologies, innovation concepts and trends, etc.; and,

  • Coaching, training and leading others.
