You’ll focus on bringing interactive tools in the form of mobile apps, websites, or other digital platforms to ensure our clients fully integrate customer and user experiences into their organisation. You’ll help our team build a value based consumer model, coupled with quantitative analysis and digital technology based on the client’s target customer base.

8 year(s) with at least 2 year(s) of experience leading Creative/User Experience teams.
Required Knowledge and Skills :

Demonstrates an understanding of user centered design methods related to digital products/experiences and the ability to work at all levels of the process.

Demonstrates intimate knowledge and/or proven record of success in roles designing and creating deliverables that support the execution of a digital experience strategy, in conjunction with the business development lifecycle and client presentations or meetings, emphasizing performance in a team environment, and the following:
Supporting user interface and development teams to improve and test digital experiences; - Fostering innovation among other members of the design team, as well as recommending team training opportunities and attending educational seminars upon request;
Designing UI screens and UI patterns from scratch and from existing client patterns is a big plus. Having a hybrid mind set and capabilities across Research, user experience, and visual design mind set is a huge plus; and,
Utilizing digital marketing communications know-how, innovation, problem solving, and a solutions-oriented mind set to create visual concepts for team review, leveraging, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InVision, Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and other related technology and applications.
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success collaborating with a broad team of strategy, technology, creative, and production resources, especially coordinating project work with third-party partners and vendors.
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success identifying and addressing client needs, building relationships with clients, developing an awareness of Firm services, approaching the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner, delivering clear requests for information, demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks.
