Our Systems Consulting - Practice Support team helps build customisable specific system solutions that enhance the PwC’s capabilities to appropriately serve all client needs. As part of the team, you’ll use your deep knowledge of enterprise architecture across application areas to build delivery models that map to PwC’s business needs.

As a Sales cloud Product Owner, you will work closely with Business leaders to translate complex business requirements into user stories, and coordinate with a team of Business Analysts to deliver scalable technical solutions supporting business processes. You will be responsible for product backlog management, release prioritization and stakeholder management, defining product releases and delivering robust sales cloud solutions on a rapidly evolving global Salesforce platform.

Minimum Years of Experience :

6 year(s) in enterprise-level Salesforce projects/large global projects using agile software development methodologies throughout the whole life cycle with repeated and demonstrable success.

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates abilities and/or a proven record of success as a product owner in the following areas:

  • Understanding complex business problems, managing large product backlogs, prioritizing requirements, streamlining release plans and delivering Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that address the needs of large complex business processes etc.;

  • Thorough understanding and application of best practices, functionality, and general architecture;

  • Ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner;

  • Showcasing knowledge of Agile principles and process;

  • Illustrating successful track record of developing products within deadlines;

  • Driving attention to detail;

  • Enhanced analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Ensuring a creative and innovative thinker;

  • Intermediate understanding of Salesforce Administration and Configuration;

  • Implementing hands on experience implementing workflow rules, validation rules, complex assignment rules, process builders, lightning web components, working with metadata etc.;

  • Understanding other salesforce product integrations, third party integration, its functionality and cross product impact;

  • Consulting and advising Developers when they have challenges in building a technical solution; and,

  • Managing business expectations and delivery of solutions within a limited release capacity plan.

  • Managing the Business analyst team to create an extensive end product;

  • Managing and refining the backlog aligned to ensure alignment of the Business roadmap and goals;

  • Nurturing ideas and solutions to existing customer problems;

  • Scheduling and leading requirement gathering sessions, while also strategizing and presenting ideas to stakeholders;

  • Supporting business analysts to drive business consensus on solution designs;

  • Assisting the Business analysts & scrum teams to meet the objectives of each sprint;

  • Adjusting and improving each iteration of the product before release;

  • Supervising and advising the scrum team to meet business expectations;

  • Working closely with the Technical Architects, Development and QA teams throughout the development process;

  • Keeping business and leadership informed of the requirements status and release plan; and,

  • Communicating effectively with team members to achieve project goal.
