A career in Risk Management, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to advance and foster integrity based decision making and conduct by PwC professionals throughout our organisation. Our Compliance team is responsible for oversight of all Compliance activities by our PwC professionals. As part of the team, you’ll help promote and monitor compliance with applicable external and internal policies, laws and regulations and subsequently, manage PwC’s regulatory, litigation and reputational risk.

Designing, implementing and operating compliance monitoring programs for privacy, information protection, security and related areas;
Compiling and reporting on compliance monitoring results and metrics to senior leadership;
Participating in compliance violation/exception management process with key stakeholders;
Assessing whether compliance programs and controls are operating as expected and effectively mitigating risks;
Collaborating and creating synergy with other monitoring activities throughout the organization;
Identifying opportunities for new, innovative and data driven ways to perform compliance monitoring;
Operating with a high degree of independence and accountability;
Developing, managing and updating policies, playbooks, guidance and processes;
Outstanding organization, written and oral communication skills with experience in formulating strategy and presenting cogently to all levels of audiences;
