- Job Requirements and Preferences : Basic Qualifications : Minimum Degree Required :Bachelor Degree Minimum Years of Experience :7 year(s) Preferred Qualifications : Degree Preferred :Master Degree Preferred Fields of Study :Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems Certification(s) Preferred :Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, and/or Salesforce.com Certified Developer, Salesforce.com Certified Sales/Service Consultant Preferred Knowledge/Skills :Demonstrates proven intimate acumen to understand underlying client business problems and develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions to address the needs of large organizations, including implementing technology solutions to help streamline organizational needs and meet compliance and/or regulatory needs, including the following areas: -Assisting large organizations to improve the performance improvement of their Sales, Service, Marketing, R&D, IT, and Operations business units, including understanding and solving business and technology challenges related to CRM technology implementation, delivering Social and Mobile Enterprise platforms, and designing and developing platform-based applications; and, -Leading teams, including supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; and, coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.Demonstrates proven intimate success and abilities to transform clients’ sales, service and marketing capabilities, which includes the following areas: -Leading and/or facilitating teams to develop client proposals, leveraging intimate business development and relationship management know-how -Identifying & addressing client needs: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting comprehensive written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection -Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management Demonstrates proven intimate abilities and success with mobile business solutions architecture and implementation, including the following areas: -Technology integration such as RFID, Bar Code and Digital signature. -Salesforce1 mobile technologies; MI or NWM 7.1. -Mobile applications, such as MAM, Mobile CRM Sales or Service. -Software configuration, Mobile solutions, HTML5, Apex coding, or Visualforce coding experience inSalesforce.com Demonstrates proven intimate abilities and success with leading small client engagement teams assisting clients in setting the strategic direction and standards specific to the Mobile infrastructure & processes, including: -Utilizing at least one of the major MEAP technology vendors (Sybase, Syclo or Antenna, et al) and different mobile platforms (WM, BB, iPhone, Android, Windows Technology knowledge et al). -Analyzing business and technical requirements and covert it to mobile architecture -Performing system application implementations, software configurations, or other related coding in the following technological product suites (including third-party integrations and functionality and impact of these integrations) Salesforce.com, SAP, Oracle, Marketo and related cloud / on-premise ERP business applications -Utilizing PC applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) and business levels of fluency in multiple languages to write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently, emphasizing the ability to capture effectively clients' needs and understand their systems enough to be able to translate those needs in to system functionality. -Producing deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment collaborate effectively across global teams & juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
