Demonstrates some knowledge and/or a proven record of success in operational M&A and Divestitures, including pre-deal operational due diligence, integration and separation planning and execution, synergy and cost savings analysis, with additional knowledge of one or more of the following functional areas: Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Operations, and/or Sales and Marketing.
Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success related to project management, including creative thinking, problem solving, and individual initiative in the following:
Supporting one or more project work streams, organizing work to meet time and budget expectations, and keeping project leadership informed of progress and issues;
Building collaborative relationships, proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback, and providing clear and concise updates;
Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and oral formats, including delivering clear requests for information and communicating potential conflicts;
Facilitating working sessions of small to medium sized groups;
Demonstrating aptitude for conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of complex data; and,
Demonstrating intellectual curiosity and ability to ask difficult questions in a constructive manner.
