You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.
Our Information Technology Development team helps develop and supports internal information technology systems and applications for use by all staff levels. You’ll help our team develop programmes and applications that cater to PwC’s strategic technology needs using your knowledge of technical domains of application.

Python Libraries: Pulumi, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy;
Programming Languages (e.g. C#, Go, Java);
Databases (e.g. Postgres, MongoDB, Casandra, Cosmos DB, etc.);
Other: Artifactory, Hashicorp Vault, Poetry, Terraform, OPA, Argo, Sonarcube;
Main stream Cloud Portals
API management (e.g. Azure API Management, Google Cloud Endpoints, AWS API Management);
Continuous integration/continuous deployment (e.g. Git, Azure DevOps, Puppet,);
Data Integration Tools; and,

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a tech leader in microservices and distributed systems development using multiple technologies, preferably for a global network of professional firms including the following areas:
Looking continuously for opportunities to mentor staff at junior levels;
Managing and/or leading a team of developers, inspecting and directing their work to meet scope objectives and timelines;
Demonstrating experience with Microsoft, AWS and/or Google and Open source technologies;
Leveraging deep technical cloud knowledge that spans multiple cloud platforms, including portals and APIs for the deployment of resources;
Developing applications using modern API approaches using containers and kubernetes clusters;
Directing a team strategically while leading projects and initiatives related to cloud automation with internal staff, contractors and managed service vendors;
Interacting with senior leadership and peers across the organization to impact the strategic direction of application support processes;
Defining short and long term plans for automation on strategic priorities of business;
Leading and influencing others while performing work with significant independence; and,
Supporting and facilitating formal and informal coaching and development activities for employees and coordinating contractors and managed services.
