The e3hub is a transformation team responsible for supporting, enabling & driving transformation within Business Services. The team manages the intake, roadmapping & governance of strategic opportunities, generating transformational demand, delivering services that support delivery of those opportunities and measuring the return & success of transformation.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or proven record of success in leading medium to large business transformation initiatives in either consulting or corporate roles in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, including:

  • Building strategy, approach and team for the curation of services that support transformational demand;

  • Working closely with Functional Relationship Leaders and functions to generate transformational demand;

  • Aligning closely and/or trained in the firm's Game Changer approach and mindset;

  • Leading and training delivery engagement teams to deliver services;

  • Serving as Functional Relationship Lead for functions as needed;

  • Utilizing creative problem-solving abilities to devise solutions to successfully deliver on the business goals, team leadership and development;

  • Engaging with clients to identify challenges, recommend solutions and manage expectations proactively;

  • Curating and facilitating sessions which successfully enable attendees to accomplish expected outcomes;

  • Utilizing functional knowledge and standard methodologies and tools ( lean, six sigma, human centered design and agile), and digital technology solutions to address People, Process, and Technology related factors affecting an organization's ability to realize strategic objectives;

  • Partnering with all levels of leadership and stakeholder groups to drive strategic direction and account for critical dependencies with other projects, programs, and initiatives;

  • Demonstrating assessment of change readiness, leadership alignment, and organizational impact;

  • Defining project workflows, managing resources, prioritizing responsibilities and tasks in order to deliver quality and timely results;

  • Designing appropriate analysis for diagnostics and implementation, analyzing and interpreting ambiguous and complex information and relationships;

  • Promoting a collaborative work environment by providing a strategic and balanced oversight, proactively sharing insights, knowledge and experience;

  • Seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;

  • Building and maintaining relationships at all internal and external levels, peers to leaders including effectively navigating a complex matrixed organization;

  • Maintaining an individual commitment to continuous improvement through innovation, simplification and leveraging industry-leading practices, while holding team members accountable for doing the same; and,

  • Writing, communicating, facilitating and presenting cogently to and/or for all levels of leadership and staff, which includes results reporting, facilitating problem resolution.
