As part of the team, you’ll work on developing integrated risk strategies and frameworks across all landscapes to help our clients navigate new and evolving laws, regulations, and complex industry specific compliance requirements.
As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above
Be involved in the financial management of clients
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
Assist in the management and delivering of large projects
Train, coach, and supervise staff
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand
- Manage the end-to-end strategy, scope and analysis of CMS data sets including CMS Program Audit for use in CMS Program Audit prep and operational compliance performance analysis.
Minimum years experience required
- 4 + years of Advisory Client Facing Consulting experience.
Prefer Masters (helpful, but not required)
Additional Job Details:
Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge of, and success performing on, compliance-related analysis engagements / projects within a leading consulting firm, CMS or CMS contractor, including:
deep experience and expertise with CMS data sets from Payer (e.g. program audit, enrollment, data validation)
expertise in dissecting data sets to identify regulatory issues (expert knowledge of regulations and technical specifications) through analysis against protocols and identification of trends
technical expertise with analytical tools (e.g. Altryx, Tableau, Python, SQL, etc).
(preferred) multiple mock audit and CMS program audit projects within the last 18 months
(preferred) in depth protocol expertise including experience analyzing operational data to select cases
Participation in the development of presentations or reports to managerial audiences and supporting implementation enhancements for clients and external audiences;
Communications with clients in an organized and knowledgeable manner, delivering clear requests for information, demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor- Leveraging project management and project facilitation skills, especially with leading and facilitating teams and developing client proposals; - Managing multiple, complex projects with medium to large staff teams
Identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement
communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials
- Advising clients or senior management on compliance issues, regulatory interpretation, assessing compliance risk and controls, implementation compliance monitoring and controls
-Creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.
