This tool will align delivery tasks to our delivery framework, provide integration across all our delivery tools and assets and provide an opportunity for application of Machine Learning and AI at scale across our practice.
The Communications Support resource will report to the Communication lead and will have the following responsibilities as it relates to their workstream:
Managing Concourse Advocacy Network
Managing activities planned for advocacy groups
Planning out communications messaging and prepare assets
Monitoring social networks and nurture discussions
Conducting monthly meetings
Providing support for change measurement activities
Monitoring and manage technical release timing to understand end–user impacts
Preparing audience-appropriate communications to bring awareness to new features and system capabilities
Providing general change management support (e.g., content build, slideware)
Demonstrating extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in driving key business objectives emphasizing:
Developing communications principles and practices with stakeholder groups, leveraging a technical proficiency in communications
Demonstrating knowledge of key strategic decisions made by leadership team and aligning contracting/compliance strategy around these decisions
Leveraging technology and tools that enable business operations, including Microsoft Office Suite- Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Google platforms and tools.
