Managing projects and processes to deliver our Purpose & Inclusion (P&I) strategy, which includes Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Corporate Responsibility, through our business units;
Owning and driving the execution of key P&I program components in collaboration with team members;
Identifying themes/trends via regular review and data analysis;
Providing findings to P&I and HC team members as appropriate and collaborating on action planning;
Providing direction based on data analysis to assist with identifying and executing consistent and impactful actions;
Supporting P&I and HC team members to conduct regular data reviews and preparing reporting/analysis, including preparation of key operational slides and information; and,
Assisting in actions that engage champions to help up execute on the P&I strategy.
