A career in Information Technology, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support our core business functions by deploying applications that enable our people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our clients. You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.

Our System Architecture team helps build customisable specific system solutions that enhance PwC’s system capabilities to appropriately serve all client needs. As part of the team, you’ll use enterprise architecture across application areas to build delivery models that map PwC capabilities to business needs outlined by clients.

6 year(s) of progressive roles managing IT infrastructure standards and transformation.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success within a professional business services environment, including the following areas:

  • Possessing experience administrating Exchange systems, infrastructure operations, service management principles, Office 365 Administration, Windows server administration;

  • Understanding and work experience related to email hygiene, including anti-spam, encryption, and anti-virus applications and products like proof point and Exchange online protection;

  • Writing and using windows PowerShell scripting, specifically using Exchange and Azure AD commands;

  • Understanding of DNS, e-mail routing, email tracking, SMTP / application mail relay, disaster recovery concepts, backup and restore - single item, single mailbox, Exchange Server, Exchange Site, etc.;

  • Understanding and mitigating the impact of technical design to security, performance and data privacy;

  • Understanding of Exchange 2016/2019/Online design, deployment, administration, and management and related monitoring and management systems;

  • Possessing knowledge of enterprise technologies, authentication, and authorization schemes (Active Directory, Azure AD, ADFS);

  • Taking business plan requirements and translating them into Exchange design and deployment;

  • Understanding of current email technologies and protocols; and,

  • Demonstrating knowledge of Office 365 administration and configuration, specifically Exchange, M365, and Security and Compliance Admin Centers.
