The Proposal Consulting Services function leads the PwC Marketing & Sales Proposal and Non-Proposal Editorial Consulting teams in support of major proposal and thought leadership initiatives, enabling alignment with Proposal Teams Firm wide and LoS/Sector Thought Leadership Agendas, relevant firm wide and business unit marketing initiatives.
The proposal innovation initiative is focused on improving the proposal process XLOS.
Leveraging people , process and technology the team will manage projects associated with making the proposal process easier for our client service staff to navigate, build and produce.
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 4
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED
Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree
Proven understanding and knowledge of the proposal development process. Demonstrated understand organizational transformation strategies, new media technologies and publishing-related risk mitigation policies and procedures.
Ability to manage workstreams and identify potential new initiatives to enhance processes, being a catalyst to utilize new tools to streamline processes. Proven strategic thinker with demonstrated writing and presentation skills. Ability to demonstrate client orientation through regular communication with leadership level stakeholders, understanding firm strategy and direction. Proven ability to manage a team and delegate work accordingly. Demonstrated success with project management skills, tools and techniques with the ability to apply to individual projects as well as across the team. Experience developing training materials for all audience levels. Experience working in a matrixed organization, supporting multiple leaders and communicating with all levels of management. Experience managing staff.
