Administrative Services offers services to client service staff so they can focus on delivering the PwC Experience to our clients.
Administrative Services has a broad range of roles including the leadership team, Executive Assistants, Administrative Support Concierge (ASC), myAdminConcierge (mAC) in Tampa and PwC office/client based, Dual Support Specialists (DSS), Office Services, Document Production, Records Management, Meeting and Events, and Project Management.
The Office Services team helps PwC staff and partners comply with regulatory and Firm management policies and keeps the office running smoothly.
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 6
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED
Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree
Demonstrated proven intimate understanding of PwC or a comparable professional consulting services firm in order to deliver quality administrative services to the firmÂ’s business sectors and lines of service (LOS), across lines of service (XLOS), emphasizing a broad understanding of functional groups and Office Services in the market.
Demonstrates proven intimate abilities to delivering strategic administrative services and communications delivery within a professional services environment, including the following areas:
Acting at an enterprise, not just operational, level within the Firm;
Perceiving process and applying business information with both top-line and bottom-line perspectives, managing projects and economics;
Providing consultations that emphasize diagnostic thinking and problem-solving to arrive at win-win solutions;
Developing business, positioning and promoting properly the Office Services brand and building and sustaining relationships ;
Communicating across all levels within an organization, emphasizing the ability to navigate successfully political mine fields, persuade and influence others, resolve conflicts, and conduct formal and informal executive-level interactions;
Acting effectively at a senior operational level, while understanding the enterprise level implications of those actions;
Displaying the highest level of professionalism in all situations representing PwC; Leading and developing people through coaching, as well as performing in a team environment, setting priorities, managing people and projects efficiently and effectively, working well with senior management as an advisor, and performing under pressure while focusing on the client and provide quality results
