Additional Responsibilities :

As a Business Analyst Manager on the Product Central team (a customer-facing products portal built on AEM), you’ll be responsible for generating insights to enable the Product Central team. You will be part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience and working with Sales, Customer Success, and PwC Advisory consulting teams to ensure our customers and clients meet their goals and we deliver world class solutions.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader including the following areas:

  • Preparing and defining scope/requirements, functional specifications, use case and work-flow diagrams;

  • Working closely with various teams within P&T / Digital who would like to leverage AEM capabilities within their products. This will be focused on the business side and what objectives these teams are trying to achieve through AEM;

  • Leading testing efforts, including UAT and scenario testing;

  • Creating/modifying training materials and lead training sessions;

  • Assisting with process mapping, gap analysis, roadmap planning and feature prioritization;

  • Conducting demos of AEM capabilities to xDigital/xP&T teams;

  • Acting as a self-motivated, flexible team player with proven multi-tasking, time management & organization skills;

  • Handling, manipulating, and analyzing data and information responsibly;

  • Contributing to a positive working environment by building relationships with team members;

  • Seeking guidance, clarification, feedback, and coaching to improve performance proactively;

  • Focusing on details, resulting in precise and accurate work;

  • Having previous experience with content management systems;

  • Having previous experience using/implementing Adobe Experience Manager;

  • Demonstrating an ability to manage stakeholder expectations professionally;

  • Demonstrating an ability to bridge the gap across business stakeholders and the technology / AEM team;

  • Demonstrating an ability to work independently, with general direction and guidance;

  • Demonstrating a working knowledge of Web Applications and CMS systems;

  • Having proven interpersonal skills with the ability to research solutions to issues as they arise;

  • Having proven oral, listening and written communication skills, including presentation and facilitation;

  • Possessing proven problem solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues;

  • Preparing or coordinating technical documentation to support client presentations on complex technical topics;

  • Utilizing firm sponsored technology, including Microsoft Office Suite & Teams, Google Suite, Salesforce, and Miro;

  • Formatting highly stylized documents and decks to ensure projects meet planned objectives and production guidelines; and,

  • Demonstrating a high attention to detail, performing quality control reviews on own work, and that of colleagues.
