A career in Risk Management, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to advance and foster integrity based decision making and conduct by PwC professionals throughout our organisation. Our Compliance team is responsible for oversight of all Compliance activities by our PwC professionals. As part of the team, you’ll help promote and monitor compliance with applicable external and internal policies, laws and regulations and subsequently, manage PwC’s regulatory, litigation and reputational risk.

Demonstrates intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success in managerial roles involving political and trade compliance, emphasizing an intimate understanding of the following areas:
US sanctions regulations as promulgated by Department of Treasury/OFAC, Department of Commerce and Department of State;
Export controls regulations, including ITAR, EAR and Part 810 Department of Energy regulations; and,
Management of internal reviews, establishing the monitoring, training, and implementation of internal controls and other trade and compliance related areas through proactive collaborations with staff and internal stakeholder groups.
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success overseeing trade and political compliance, including the following areas:
Providing advice and counsel on sanctions and export controls regulations described above;
Providing advice and counsel on political related regulations, including campaign contributions, post-government employment, lobbying and conflicts of interests;
Working independently to manage tasks; and,
Coaching and managing staff as needed.
