The Coordinator/Release Manager role will be responsible for leading coordination of the Global CV Governance activities, impact assessments and release management (where needed) of nominated CVs on existing EDM data models and consuming applications. The role will report to the Data Governance & Policy Team and Global CV Service. They will be expected to work closely with the Global Reference Data Architect.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader by:

  • Demonstrating experience of managing teams, ideally in reference or master data management;

  • Understanding and experience of data management and governance practices including managing change requests to reference data attributes;

  • Demonstrating the ability to partner with cross-functional teams, executive leadership and subject matter experts to contribute to an overarching, holistic data governance strategy and enterprise-wide implementation of the strategy;

  • Demonstrating ability to work with stakeholders to balance competing views in the best interest of a complex organisation like the PwC Network;

  • Possessing interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills when dealing with business stakeholders, team members, consumers and leadership;

  • Demonstrating ability to identify and drive opportunities for improving the efficiency of current processes and develop new ones (e.g. workflow-driven automation);

  • Demonstrating proven experience completing tasks efficiently, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to strict operational deadlines;

  • Using an organised, structured and analytical approach to problem solving;

  • Having a proactive mind-set in dealing with challenges in a customer-driven system/environment;

  • Demonstrating being change-oriented and self-driven proactive behaviour;

  • Demonstrating ability to analyse and interpret complex data; and,

  • Demonstrating operational experience dealing with customers, prioritising and resolving issues directly and via a ticketing system.
