PwC is seeking a Connected Supply Chain Senior Associate to develop and grow our Supply Chain Planning consulting business for platforms like BlueYonder or o9 solutions. This role will develop and implement integrated demand and supply planning solutions that increase business effectiveness, optimize cost, and enable growth. This professional will have the following responsibilities:

  • Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors;

  • Closely follow the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals;

  • Interact with senior management at a client and/or within PwC on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach;

  • Provide functional or technical knowledge on supply chain planning transformations;

  • Participate in work streams and manages key client stakeholders;

  • Help support the facilitation and gathering of business requirements;

  • Have advance knowledge of Blue Yonder or o9 Solutions planning solutions configuration approaches;

  • Have proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment;

  • Have proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;

  • Possess proven communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;

  • Possess experience working with Supply Chain Planning;

  • Posses previous consulting experience;

  • Possess basic problem solving and analysis skills;

  • Possess basic spreadsheet, presentation and document development skills;

  • Possess interpersonal skills;

  • Possess collaborative and ‘can-do’ mindset; and,

  • Possess financial modeling skills.
