This person will join the team responsible for implementing and supporting innovative solutions for our PwC Global network using Microsoft’s Power Platform. The role will include building services design, implementation, administration and automation. While they do not do development work on the platform, they will perform configuration changes and technology upgrades to the platform and will be required to troubleshoot and monitor issues that require knowledge of development languages.

Demonstrates a proven record of success within a professional business services environment by:
Understanding Microsoft Cloud collaboration platforms including Azure, Power Platform, and Office;
Managing cloud infrastructure and responding to support requests regarding resource management, modern authentication protocols, Data Loss Prevention (DLP);
Understanding of REST APIs, PowerShell, HTML, XML, Node.JS, Azure Functions;
Demonstrating experience with data extraction, data modeling and reporting technologies in a Microsoft cloud landscape;
Demonstrating knowledge of application development methodologies and programming languages, administering, infrastructure operations, service management principles;
Demonstrating the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to establish platform architecture in line with PwC’s enterprise architecture vision and aligned to application technology roadmaps;
Understanding and mitigating the impact of a technical design to security, performance and data privacy;
Communicating effectively at different levels within and outside the organization, leadership/management, business stakeholders, software vendors and sourcing suppliers; and,
Providing thought leadership on use of specific application technology for innovation and/or cost reduction.
