A career in our Financial Due Diligence practice, within Deals Transaction Services, will provide you the opportunity to help organisations realise the potential of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and capital markets. Our team assist organisations with both buy side and sell side due diligence. As part of our team, you’ll help us provide both corporate and financial buyers with peace of mind by analysing and validating all the financial, commercial, operational and strategic assumptions being made.

Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs:

  • Working with our Healthcare Services Financial Due Diligence (FDD) practice, you will focus on provider and payer transactions for our corporate and private equity clients;

  • Acting in a Health Services Deals team provides a platform for career progression with an opportunity to grow as a specialist in one of the most active deal sectors;

  • Working in close collaboration with your peers and our Partners to learn/apply data science and commercial analysis in M&A environments while delivering value-driven communications;

  • Understanding key deal issues such as revenue quality, risk based contracting, tax matters, and purchase price adjustment considerations will consistently offer learning opportunities as you grow with our team; and,

  • Contributing beyond FDD are also available as our teams serve as the leading edge for pre-deal diligence and post-deal integration.
