As part of our marketing team, you’ll help business leaders improve customer spend and loyalty by developing personalised marketing delivered via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above
Be involved in the financial management of clients
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
Assist in the management and delivering of large projects
Train, coach, and supervise staff
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
Demonstrates considerable knowledge of, and/or success within professional services firms or corporate environments in developing eCommerce applications;
Proficient in core Ecommerce functionalities and platform specific customization;
Demonstrates considerable knowledge and understanding with eCommerce packaged solutions, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Hybris, and Magento;
Demonstrates considerable experience in application architecture/enterprise architecture, systems integration and development, and package implementation, specifically CloudCraze Commerce or Salesforce Core development;
CloudCraze specific experience:
Extensive experience implementing and launching ecommerce solutions on CloudCraze;
Exposure to Handlebars, Backbone;
Knowledge of CloudCraze extension points and configuration, Data Model and OOTB capabilities, including Catalog Configuration, Storefront Configuration, Product Configuration, Cart and Wishlist Configuration;
Hands-On experience implementing Constraint Rules, Price Metrix and Price Rule Sets, Promotions, and Localization;
Lead CloudCraze eCommerce implementations, providing both oversight and hands on contributions to the software design, development, and integration;
Participate in the development of conceptual and logical architectures;
Design, develop and maintain application architectures that support client’s business requirements;
Resolve integration and interfacing issues between various back-end systems;
Optimize application performance and scalability;
Assist Project Leadership in conducting project risk identification and mitigation planning;
Provide support to the sales effort on new business development pursuits, assisting with RFP responses, architecture assessments, and technical qualifications.
Salesforce.com specific experience:
Solid understanding of Salesforce administration and configuration;
Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud;
Proven experience with Force.com, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning;
Extensive experience working with SOQL and Salesforce Data Loader;
Experience with system integration (REST API), including associated functional and unit test code, and code validation against unit tests;
Responsible for developing integrations for Salesforce-based applications and improvements.
Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of web application design and analysis, design patterns, and object oriented design;
