Demonstrates intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Understanding automotive finance operations and management in one or more of the following areas: Understanding Credit Originations, Credit Risk, Pricing, Default/Collections, Repossession, Remarketing, and/or Leasing;
Understanding common automotive finance business policies, practices, risks, controls, key performance indicators (KPIs), and key risk indicators (KRIs) in each above area of knowledge; and,
Understanding effective governance and risk management principles and applicable regulatory expectations in each above area of knowledge.
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Managing an automotive finance function/department in one or more of the following areas: Credit Originations, Credit Risk, Pricing, Default/Collections, Repossession, Remarketing, and/or Leasing;
Developing business strategy in an automotive finance function/department;
Developing a broad business vision (e.g., across the enterprise) and managing change and implementation efforts with project management capabilities;
Operating process improvement or reengineering initiatives in an automotive finance function/department; and,
Leveraging PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients, and internal staff and management.
