A career in our Identity and Access Management practice, within Cybersecurity and Privacy services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients implement an effective cybersecurity programme that protects against threats, propels transformation, and drives growth. As companies pivot toward a digital business model, exponentially more data is generated and shared among organisations, partners and customers. You’ll play an integral role in helping our clients ensure they are protected by developing transformation strategies focused on security, efficiently integrate and manage new or existing technology systems to deliver continuous operational improvements and increase their cybersecurity investment, and detect, respond, and remediate threats.

Basic Qualifications/Preferred Skills & Knowledge:
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 10
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree
Degree Preferred: STEM / Computer Science fields
Certification(s) Preferred: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified JAVA Developer, certification with IAM products including SailPoint, Oracle, ForgeRock, Ping, Okta, CA, CyberArk
Demonstrates thought leader-level knowledge with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts of the consulting industry, especially relating to business processes that are enabled by identity and access management (IAM) and privileged access management (PAM) solutions, including requirements analysis, strategy, design, implementation, and migration for businesses
Demonstrates ability to analyze complex enterprise environments from an information security perspective across various client industries
Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:
Utilizing and applying knowledge of the design and implementation of the Identity Management and Privileged Access suite of products (SailPoint, Oracle, ForgeRock, Ping, Okta, CA, CyberArk) into projects
Identifying and addressing client needs: building solid relationships with clients; developing an awareness of firm services
Communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner
Delivering clear requests for information
Demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks
Communicating potential conflicts
Understanding personal and team roles
contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback
Leveraging creative thinking and problem solving skills, individual initiative, and utilizing MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Google Docs, where necessary
Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats including delivering clear requests for information and communicating potential conflicts
Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of large and complex data
Utilizing and applying knowledge of foundational computer science skills into projects such as JAVA, C, Networking, SDLC, CVS, and operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux); and
Assisting with architecture, configuration, deployment and service design of Identity and Access Management platforms
