Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member in the following areas:

  • Demonstrating experience working in the Agile methodology for software development. Responsible for managing epics, user stories and functional requirements. Working with IT to design solutions, own the UAT process and support the release management.

  • Understanding and deploying existing processes & platforms to enable commercial aspects of digital commerce product delivery;

  • Identifying opportunities and the development of digital commerce strategy and business case

  • Recommending alternative approaches to digital product delivery;

  • Identifying, recommending and deploying new processes & platforms to enable commercial aspects of digital product delivery

  • Utilizing previous experience with go to market strategy and planning, customer success or client service in a selected realm;

  • Applying program management skills and ability to self-direct work;

  • Utilizing written and verbal communication skills;

  • Applying background in liaising with and coordinating with stakeholders across multiple groups, including senior stakeholders;

  • Possessing experience managing multiple complex concurrent projects at once and junior staff

  • Assessing client digital commerce capabilities, operating model, and organizational process;

  • Having operational knowledge of digital commerce technological product suites: e.g. SAP Hybris, Salesforce Commerce, Shopify, Adobe Commerce, etc.;

  • Assist in designing solutions based on business needs, technology enablement, and data & analytical insights;

  • Working with cross-functional teams (marketing, UX designers, IT teams) to develop optimal customer experience solutions;

  • Assisting with the execution of digital commerce strategy, operations, or technical projects;

  • Analyzing customer insights and operational data to showcase value and identify additional opportunities for improvement.
