A career in our The Difference practice, within Experience Consulting services, will provide you with a unique opportunity to help our clients change customer behaviours through the experience journey starting with a strategy, then through design, and eventually implementation. You’ll focus on bringing interactive tools in the form of mobile apps, websites, or other digital platforms to ensure our clients fully integrate customer and user experiences into their organisation.

We help our clients manage collaboration with the various teams that work towards bringing a product to market. You’ll help our team with organising work activities to foster concept buy in and managing timeframes and expectations of the product launch.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above

  • Train and lead staff

  • Establish effective working relationships directly with clients

  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen

  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues

  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Executing and managing multiple, simultaneous accelerated design engagements, including delivery of client scope definition, design agendas, assignment creation and project plan;

  • Understanding business and experience contexts of an engagement to establish that design, timelines and commitments are met for each client under a broader business and strategic lens;

  • Collaborating with a broad team of strategy, technology, creative, and production resources, especially coordinating project work with third-party partners and vendors, and owning various phases of implementation from start to finish; and,

  • Managing multiple day workshops from start to finish.

Demonstrates thorough knowledge of key MG TAYLOR models and familiarization with the language of design.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a business event designer, coach, facilitator, and workstream manager in the following areas:

  • Managing the energy of a group and providing clarity and context to client and teams throughout event design engagements;

  • Designing experience activities leading tangible outcomes and shifts in context; and,

  • Providing sponsor coaching and facilitation team guidance throughout design activities.

  • Generating a vision, establishing direction, motivating team members, creating an atmosphere of trust, leveraging diverse views, coaching staff, encouraging improvement and innovation; and,

  • Communicating and working with multiple high level stakeholders to support marketing and sales activities.
