PwC Fixed Term: Comms & Change Digital Program Senior Manager in New York, New York

6 year(s) of progressive managerial roles involving program and change management specialization in a matrixed organization, and digital platform / digital workplace technologies.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in managerial roles involving operating as advisor and business partner to achieve a network of global firms' business priorities and goals through the successful execution of product and experience strategy, emphasizing the following areas:

  • Collaborating with all levels of leadership and stakeholder groups to drive strategic direction of the Digital Display program/sites rollout and account for critical dependencies with other projects, programs, and initiatives;

  • Communicating and writing effectively and with impact, shifting easily from technical specifics to communications and change vocabulary depending on the intended audience;

  • Advising change management and communication activities with appropriate stakeholders to minimize cultural barriers and resistance to change;

  • Taking a big picture view looking beyond the task at-hand and encouraging internal clients and team members to do the same;

  • Leveraging technology and tools that enable communications, product and experience productivity including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google platforms and tools, Adobe Experience Manager and other content management systems used at the firm, Jira project management system, Invision and more;

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus;

  • Providing coaching and real-time development opportunities to team members;

  • Owning program governance and guidelines to help reinforce consistency in brand and digital content strategy across all digital display technologies;

  • Owning accountability for work streams such as Workplace Technology, Communications & Change, Creative, Legal and Compliance, and National Real Estate, to establish timely delivery of each Digital Display site;

  • Serving as the central clearinghouse for all Digital Displays knowledge, including project status, vendor management documents, communications & change plans, and status reporting;

  • Setting up Digital Displays project meetings and making sure the right people are in each discussion and creating/collaborating on agenda for each meeting;

  • Partnering with workstream leaders on strategy/resource planning, budget development, and cost tracking;

  • Managing RAID Logs (Risks, Actions, Issues and/or Dependencies) and escalating any new items to project leaders; and,

  • Managing proposal process for new domain projects and accounting for generation of Engagement Proposal and Assessment.
