  • Demonstrating executive level communication, coordination, and alignment skills;

  • Demonstrating highly effective collaboration and influence skills used to interface with a diverse, Global Network of business, operations, and thought leaders;

  • Demonstrating board level communication and artefact development experience;

  • Demonstrating Global data strategy development in support of broader business strategies and strategic programmes;

  • Understanding of data management fundamentals and their application in a complex Global operating environment;

  • Understanding of data management tools and technologies;

  • Demonstrating management experience with a small team of high performing, multi-disciplinary individual contributors;

  • Collaborating and working in a team environment;

  • Contributing to the development of the team’s technical acumen;

  • Training, coaching, and supervising staff and increasing staff knowledge/skills to support future growth; and,

  • Developing internal relationships and the PwC brand.
